Diese high-tech Boards sind hauptsächlich geeignet für Seen oder langsame, breite und tiefe Flüsse. Ich habe sie im Sonderangebot weil ich den Hersteller in Colorado kenne, und so eine Partie sehr günstig einkaufen konnte. Diese Partie hat einen kleinen Produktionsfehler, die aber für den typischen Gebrauch in der Schweiz gar nicht relevant ist: die Click-Boxes für die kleine Seitenfinnen sind ein wenig brüchig, weil sie auf der Karbonschicht befestigt sind, und dadurch sind sie beim aufrollen mehr Stress aufgesetzt. Die Seitenfinnen sind aber eher wichtig beim surfen – und auf dem See braucht man die gar nicht.

Es sind aber so oder so super Boards – wirklich steif für ein nur 4.75″ dickes Inflatable, und für den Close-out Preis kriegt man wirklich einen mega-Deal – darum habe ich sie auch eingekauft.
