Float Comply is built to be privacy-respecting by design. This page describes exactly what data the app touches, where it goes, and how long it stays around.
Nothing personal by default. Float Comply has no analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising libraries, and no user accounts.
The app stores the following on your device only:
This data never leaves your device, except when you explicitly submit feedback or the app downloads public country-rule data. There is no backup synchronisation to any third party. If you uninstall Float Comply, the local data is gone.
Float Comply makes these network requests:
ipwho.is (and api.country.is as a fallback) and reads only the 2-letter country code from the response. The country code is used to default-select your country in the picker. The response is not stored beyond the current session. You can disable this by simply not opening the country picker; it never runs in the background.https://supzero.ch/floatcomply/feedback.php. The submission is stored as private feedback JSON / screenshot files on SUPzero hosting and emailed to support@supzero.ch. The form clearly tells you that feedback is sent to SUPzero. Contact details and screenshots are optional. Bug reports include current board/app diagnostic info only if you opt in with the radio button. If network access is unavailable, the app queues the submission locally and retries later. No other network activity happens.
Float Comply is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, regardless of age.
If we change what data the app handles, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Substantive changes will be flagged in the app's release notes.
